Our Story.
A majority of visitors to popular ski resorts and ski towns are young outdoorsy people who have dogs. Weekend ski getaways could be difficult if people have to plan dog care, and many owners prefer to travel with them anyways. We love our dogs so much but during the winter skiing can be spontaneous! There's no way to plan for a sudden snowstorm, and dogs shouldn't hold us back! That's why we created Ski-Dogs: an on-the-mountain doggy daycare based at the bottom of leading ski resorts around the US. We recruited trained professionals looking to give back to the doggy community and spend time outdoors during the winter months.
For The Dogs:
Trained Professionals
Trained Dog Professionals - whether they have worked as veterinarians, in shelters, or even as dog walkers - are hired to monitor the dogs at all times at the daycare
Volunteer
Ski-resort visitors that may not want to spend their winter getaway skiing can sign up to volunteer as "extra hands" for SKI DOGS and to help socialize the dogs
Leading Ski Resorts
Leading Ski Resorts in the US that have lodge and base space have agreed to work with us across the country and add SKI DOGS to their mountain offerings.
